The Argo Income Portfolio invests in direct real estate in the UK. Our investment strategy is to generate sustainable income distributions and capital growth through opportunistically investing and unlocking value in UK commercial real estate.

Our investment focus is disciplined: we only target assets with strong underlying property fundamentals that offer potential for income and/or capital growth.

We use our experience of market cycles, knowledge and entrepreneurial flair to identify opportunities that offer hidden value.

We back up our investment strategies with forensic due diligence, using the blend of skills held within the team. Further, we supplement our investment strategy through hands-on asset management, with a forward-thinking and adaptive approach to maximising investment value and recognising the appropriate time to sell and recycle capital.

The portfolio focuses on enhancing returns through prudent gearing and a disciplined approach to balance sheet management.
